We are seeking a dedicated individual to help deliver excellent care and outcomes for service users, carers, and families as a key member of our team.
Main Duties
You will partner with the Divisional Director for CYP services to enhance the people experience in compassionate and inclusive workplaces that enable staff to thrive and provide excellent care.
Your role involves interpreting NHS & HPFT strategies and working with divisional leadership to develop evidence-based strategic people plans. These plans will include:
1. Talent Development: supply, demand, succession planning, career pathways, training & development
2. Organisational Design: workforce planning, innovative role development, digital innovations, staff deployment, change projects
3. Culture: leadership development, team development, wellbeing, engagement, OD diagnostics, inclusion & belonging
You will be a vital member of the People and Organisational Development Directorate, maintaining effective communication and relationships to meet operational and strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities
Work with the Divisional senior team to develop workforce strategies and plans aligned with the business objectives. These include talent development, organisational design, and culture initiatives, ensuring risk management and achievement of divisional and Trust priorities.
Person Specification
Qualifications & Education (Essential)
* Masters degree or equivalent
* CIPD qualified
Desirable
* Working towards MCIPD
Knowledge & Experience (Essential)
* Understanding of contemporary HR practices
* HR management experience in a large, complex organization
* Experience providing senior-level HR advice
* Knowledge of employment law
* Experience with strategic workforce projects and change management
* Partnership working with managers, staff, and Trade Unions
* Understanding NHS policies and issues
Desirable
* HR experience in the public sector
