We are seeking passionate and versatile Unqualified Business Teachers to join our dynamic team at secondary schools in Maldon. Starting in September 2024, this exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with a strong background in business and a desire to inspire the next generation of business leaders, even if you do not hold formal teaching qualifications.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective business lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Requirements:
* Strong background in business, including knowledge of economics, finance, and entrepreneurship.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
