Heddon Street Kitchen, located in Regent's Street Food Quarter, is inspired by Bread Street Kitchen in the City and situated over three floors, expect a relaxed, modern European menu. From brisk breakfasts and post-shopping pit stops through to lunch, dinners and after work cocktails, Heddon Street Kitchen is open all day seven days a week.
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our front of house team at Heddon Street Kitchen .
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be expected to:
Work effectively with the management team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service from all members of the team
Effective management of the floor ensuring the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant and each service runs smoothly
Lead the team by example; adopting a hands-on approach, can do, nothing is too much approach
Ensure any guest complaints are handled effectively and professionally and all guests leave with a positive dining experience
Proactively work and support the General Manager to grow the business
Effectively run the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous management experience within a high quality, fast-paced restaurant environment
Have a passion for high quality food and delivering an amazing service & guest experience
Be a clear and concise communicator
Have the ability to multi-task effectively
Have awareness of how to manage costs and increase revenue
Have the ability to motivate a team and create a strong teamwork ethic
