You will work directly with local Councillors who lead and shape the borough by supporting the team with the operation of Council Committees, school appeals and charities. The role is important in ensuring openness and transparency in local democracy and you can watch us at work at .

While prior experience is advantageous, we highly value enthusiasm for local politics and a commitment to learning and personal growth within a supportive team environment.

In time you, like many of our previous appointments, could be ready to consider promotions into a Democratic Services Officer role.
