Vacancy: Trainee Resident Liaison Officer

Ideal candidate will preferably have:

Duties will include:
* Liaising closely with Tenants & Client regarding access and programme of works
* Assisting and Liaising with Site Managers, Contracts Manager and Clerk of Works
* Pre-entry visits to introduce the company & to advise tenants on the scope of works
* Visiting tenants to advise them of start and completion dates
* Attending monthly progress meetings with the client and management team
* General administration including printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments etc.

* Not necessary, full training to be provided.
