Develop and oversee administrative policies, procedures, and systems to support IT operations. Align administrative functions with the company's business strategy and growth plans. Support executive leadership in decision-making by providing administrative and operational insights. Manage office operations, including procurement, facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships. Oversee contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers. Supervise HR administration, including recruitment support, employee onboarding, payroll, and benefits. Coordinate employee training, performance management, and professional development programs. Develop policies that promote workplace culture, retention, and employee engagement. Manage administrative budgets, forecasts, and cost optimisation for IT operations. Work with finance teams on audits, reporting, and compliance. Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure smooth coordination between technical and administrative functions.
