£60,000 – £70,000 DOE + bonus + great benefits
We're looking for an experienced Graduate Programme Manager to design and deliver a best-in-class graduate programme within a large, customer-facing business.
Working as part of the People & Culture team, you'll partner closely with senior leaders across the business to create an inclusive, high-impact programme that develops future leaders and builds a strong long-term talent pipeline.
What you'll do
1. Design, own and continuously improve an end-to-end graduate programme
2. Create engaging attraction, recruitment and onboarding experiences
3. Build inclusive cohorts with a strong focus on gender balance
4. Design meaningful rotations, projects and learning experiences
