Key Responsibilities
1. Update and analyze the project programme based on the effect of Compensation Events, ensuring changes are captured and appropriately recorded.
2. Update and maintain NEC cl.32 programmes, ensuring a robust and realistic schedule that reflects risks and opportunities impacting project milestones.
3. Provide direction and planning support to the pre-contract tender team, including solutions to engineering problems and planning bid-winning methods of construction, programming, and bid writing.
4. Ensure programmes are regularly updated to meet contractual requirements, including As Built Records and progress.
5. Review short-term look-ahead programmes to ensure contractual compliance in submission and acceptance.
6. Review site records, including contractual notices and communications related to programme matters.
7. Review the Project Change register alongside works delivered and the contract, and review the Project Risk & Opportunities Register.
8. Facilitate entitlement not previously captured by the site team, and assist in protecting programme entitlement and EOT claims.
9. Provide advice on planning, programming, methods of construction, and engineering solutions.
10. Support the Regional Manager/Director in developing processes and systems.

Skills Required
The ideal candidate will be proficient in ASTA Powerproject, with a good understanding of NEC Forms of Contract. Experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is advantageous. The candidate should have site experience in planning and managing civil engineering projects within a large team, excellent communication skills, and hold a full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
