Our client, a well-established and innovative manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to take ownership of quality operations across their site. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing product and system standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
In this position, youll lead a small quality team, act as the main contact for customer and supplier quality matters, and work closely with senior management to ensure compliance with all relevant ISO standards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Manage customer quality concerns, oversee complaint resolution, and coordinate improvement actions.
Support site Health & Safety initiatives
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in line with ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, and 45001.
Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Deliver quality training and produce performance reports.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment with business and compliance goals.
About You
Proven background in quality management within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of ISO standardsand lean methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Competent user of Microsoft Office and quality management software
