Who We’re Looking For:
We’re open to all experience levels – from rookies to senior consultants. No experience? No problem. If you’re driven, curious, and passionate about building relationships, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Ambition and resilience
* A passion for success – both yours and your clients’
* Willingness to learn and be part of a fast-moving team
* Sales or recruitment experience a plus (but not essential)
What You'll Be Doing:
* Building and managing your own client and candidate network
* Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
* Working closely with clients to understand their needs
* Sourcing and qualifying top-tier talent
* Negotiating offers and closing placements
* Developing your niche within high-growth, high-demand markets
