This is not a standard advisor role. It’s an opportunity to step into a mature, high-volume environment with a well-established client base and proven earnings potential.

12. Maximise conversion from a consistent pipeline of branch-generated leads
13. Build strong relationships with Sales and Lettings teams
14. Maintain high standards of record keeping and regulatory compliance
15. Contribute to the continued success of a high-performing branch

16. CAS-qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor
17. Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales
18. Strong focus on protection and customer outcomes
19. Comfortable working in a busy, high-performing environment
