We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences and ensuring the holistic development of their students.
Your Role:
* Support and lead planned learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff, adapting tasks to suit individual pupil needs.
* Provide specialist support to students with medical needs, including feeding, personal care, and support with mobility and positioning.
* Assist in the creation of a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that promotes communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
* Support with the preparation and use of specialist resources, sensory equipment, and assistive technology.
* Lead small group sessions and occasionally cover classes in the teacher’s absence.
