About the Service Our Outreach Service provides community-based, personalised support to help individuals live as independently as possible across the Greater Glasgow area. Support includes day-to-day living tasks, attending appointments, and taking part in social and community activities such as cafés, cinema trips, and local events. Services operate 7 days a week, with flexible hours between 8:00am – 10:00pm, starting from individuals’ homes.
