Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting clients and visitors and providing a friendly, professional first impression
· Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
· Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
· Preparing documents, letters and basic correspondence
· Assisting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
· Ensuring the reception area is always tidy and well-presented
About You:
· Strong communication and customer-service skills
· Excellent organisation and attention to detail
· Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
· Ability to multitask in a busy environment
· Previous reception or admin experience is desirable; experience in an accountancy or professional services setting is an advantage
