Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, based in Congleton with some flexibility to work from home. Responsibilities include providing executive administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders and maintaining effective communication to support executives and organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
* Experience in managing Expense Reports and handling financial documentation
* Strong Executive Support skills, including scheduling and meeting coordination
* Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
* Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and multitask effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools
* Previous experience in defense, technology, or related industries is an advantage
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
