The Role
* Assess & approve repair estimates (Audatex & in-house)
* Handle total loss settlements
* Support claims teams with technical guidance
* Monitor repairer performance & customer satisfaction
What Youll Need
* Experience in Vehicle Damage Assessment or Automotive Engineering
* ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP (or working towards)
* Proficiency with Audatex & Glassmatix
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
