Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Greenock
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (Day Shift)
We are currently seeking a highly capable Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our clients team based in Greenock. This is a full-time, permanent position on a day shift pattern, offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across a variety of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs to minimise downtime.
* Ensuring all work is carried out to health and safety standards.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
* Requirements:
o Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
o Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.
o Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Desirable:
o 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (highly desirable).
