What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing daily administrative support to a team of established financial advisers and paraplanners.
* Accurately processing new business applications and maintaining the CRM system (Xplan).
* Implementing advice recommendations in a compliant and timely manner.
* Liaising professionally with clients and product providers to ensure smooth, effective communication.
* Assisting in drafting basic reports and supporting ongoing review and planning processes.
* Keeping up to date with FCA regulatory changes and contributing to best practice.
* Supporting the development and improvement of internal processes and systems.
* Handling general office duties, including managing incoming communications and client queries.
* Participating in internal projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial planning or wealth management administration role.
* Comfortable working with high and ultra-high net worth clients and their expectations.
* Solid understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
* Experience using Xplan is highly desirable.
* A professional, detail-oriented individual with a proactive, can-do attitude.
