Howdens Joinery is looking for a Governance and Compliance Analyst to join our SAP Governance and Compliance Team.
The Governance and Compliance Analyst will ensure business objectives are achieved in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position working onsite 4 days a week with 1 day working from home. We are flexible on location, with options at our Raunds office in Northamptonshire or our Howden office in Yorkshire.
What will I be doing as a Governance and Compliance Analyst?
You will analyze business requirements, recommend changes, and design effective solutions, liaising with developers throughout the build process to ensure solutions are fit for purpose. A willingness to learn new processes and develop relationships with end users, stakeholders, and external partners is important.
You will be the accountable person on projects, requiring excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach. Responsibilities include managing service requests, providing business systems training, producing system documentation, and working with key users to determine future system evolution aligned with company strategy and departmental goals.
What do I need to qualify for this role?
* Hands-on expertise with SAP GRC Access Controls Version 12.0, Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Access Risk Analysis (ARA) is mandatory.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP GRC Access Controls configuration and support.
* Experience with SAP GRC Access Controls and Process Controls is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in developing, administering, and monitoring GRC ruleset.
* Adept at analyzing SoD risks and reviewing user IDs/roles for SoD resolutions.
* Proficient in identifying and analyzing mitigating controls for SoD conflicts.
* Knowledge of SAP security and role design, including best practices, is advantageous.
* Experience with ESG & ESQH management systems is beneficial.
* A good, all-round knowledge of IT and supply chain processes is required.
* Experience working with internal and external auditors.
* Previous experience working to deadlines on complex projects is required.
