Over the last decade, the business has experienced exponential growth, expanding into new international territories and poised for further expansion.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Finance Manager to join their Group finance team. Working closely with the Group Financial Controller and CFO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our continued growth trajectory. The role will involve collaborating with regional Finance Directors to extract data, generate reports, monitor performance, and provide crucial support in management accounting, budgeting, and identifying growth opportunities.The Role:Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller and CFO to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.Work closely with regional Finance Directors to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis.Assist in the development of annual budgets and ongoing forecasting processes.Conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and other business initiatives.Monitor and evaluate financial performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Support the M&A activities of the company, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration efforts.Coordinate with external auditors and manage the statutory accounting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide support in VAT, tax, and other regulatory matters, collaborating with external advisors as necessary.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance.Mentor and develop junior members of the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.The Requirements:Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, international environment.Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and geographies.Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically and analytically.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is desirable.Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a passion for developing talent and driving performance.Experience in supporting M&A activities, audit, statutory accounting, and exposure to VAT and tax regulations is highly desirable.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Vibrant and inclusive company culture with a focus on work-life balance.Exposure to senior leadership and involvement in strategic decision-making processes.Access to ongoing training and learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
