The Precision Facilities Operative is responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of deep cleaning across designated areas in accordance with a structured cleaning schedule. This role complements general housekeeping operations and plays a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all campus users. A strong emphasis is placed on attention to detail, efficiency, and minimizing disruption to building occupants.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform deep cleaning of floors, corridors, washrooms, lifts, stairwells, and changing rooms.
* Clean all surfaces including doors, vents, walls, skirting boards, and high-touch areas.
* Maintain cleaning standards as per Sodexo guidelines and client requirements.
* Manage daily tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
* Follow health and safety protocols, reporting hazards and using equipment responsibly.
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in professional cleaning with knowledge of industry standards.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Good customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle pressure.
