Responsibilities
* Support a range of individuals with varying needs in settings including learning disability and mental health environments.
* Provide flexible shifts that fit around you and contribute to high-quality care.
* Maintain compassionate, person-centred support and build rapport with service users.
* Raise concerns and communicate effectively with the branch team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
* Be over the age of 18 to apply
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Be a UK resident; sponsorship is not available
* Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
* Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
* Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
* Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
