Transport & Stock Administrator
, based at our Purfleet warehouse.
In this dynamic and varied position, you'll play a key role in supporting both the
Transport
and
Warehouse
operations. You'll ensure our delivery schedules run smoothly while keeping stock data accurate and up to date — helping us get great coffee to our customers on time, every time.
You will be working a minimum of 40.25 hours per week, on an '
any 4 from 8
' shift pattern covering night shift, this role is perfect for those who thrive in the late hours.

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Ensuring that all staff members are properly debriefed and that all paperwork is compliant
* Monitoring tachographs following legal requirements
* Handling day-to-day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments
* Maintain accurate stock records within the WMS
* Support stock counts, reconciliations, and audits
* Investigate stock discrepancies and escalate where needed
* Communicate clearly with warehouse teams to maintain stock integrity
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous admin experience in a warehouse or transport environment (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
* Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* A proactive, can-do attitude and team player mentality
* Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced logistics setting
