£28k to £30k depending on experience
Role
10% office based and 90% field based
Responsibilities
* Installation and replacement of computer and networking equipment.
* Configuration of Windows computer.
* Coordinate the job queue with the IT Helpdesk Team Leader.
* Responsible for the correct registration and classification of incidents and to undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT service as quickly as possible.
* Take ownership of jobs until completion or escalates where appropriate.
* Work across the London region and be disciplined enough to work independently.
Desirable Experience And Skills
* UK Driving License.
* Experience supporting a large number of small remote offices and 500+ users.
* Excellent communication and task management skills.
* Troubleshooting of Windows 10/11.
* Understanding of Networking principles.
* Troubleshooting of printers / phone systems.
