We’re looking for a confident and organised Senior Administrator Support to join our Clinical Negligence team. This is a varied, people-focused role combining client communication, administration, and legal support.
This position would suit someone with a strong customer-facing or administrative background who is comfortable managing calls, supporting clients, and keeping cases organised.
You will work alternating shifts – 8am – 4pm/10am – 6pm. A legal degree/background is not required.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be:
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls
* Speaking with clients regarding their clinical negligence claims with empathy and professionalism
* Managing case-related administration, ensuring files and systems are kept up to date
* Supporting fee earners with general paralegal and administrative tasks
* Coordinating information, documents, and correspondence
* Working in a fast-paced environment, balancing calls and admin duties

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to show empathy
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
* Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or administration
* A proactive, hands‑on approach and willingness to support across a variety of tasks
