Strong ability to build relationships with students is necessary, with the ability to empower them on their learning journey. Good classroom and behavioural management. The role is a term contract due to long-term sickness. With potential for the position to be extended further into the sprinf and summer term. Salary for the role is dependant on experience, but will reflect the requirement to take on full responsibility of the class. PPA time will be provided by the school.
