Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Monitor project timelines and report on progress
* Manage tools, equipment, and materials
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors
* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
* Identify and resolve any issues or delays on-site
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (2+ years preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans
* Needs Street Work Certificate (SWQR)
* Needs CSCS Card
