Our Client, a highly specialised engineering company, is looking to add to their Sales Team by appointing a Sales Manager with knowledge of automated equipment / special purpose machinery sales.
The business are long established within a niche field of engineering. They are entering a period of aggressive growth - so are looking for a specialised Salesperson to increase volumes of both new and account business. The business is an established global operator - so in the long term several interesting avenues could open up for the right person.
To be considered for the role of Sales Manager you will need:
* Proven sales experience within an automated manufacturing environment (e.g. Disamatic Moulding, CNC Machines, Packaging Machinery, Automated Metrology, Conveyor Systems, Robotic Welding, Automated NDT or similar)
* The ability to be a self-starter and manage your own workload - whilst product training an be provided you are responsible for your own sales and your own diary
* The desire to progress your career and put new ideas forward to help achieve business goals
In return for fulfilling the role of Sales Manager my client can offer a generous salary of up to £60,000 with OTE of £80,000 year 2. Perhaps more important is the opportunity to grow business your own way as part of a highly specialised engineering group. You will also be given all the tools you need to do your job and have a variety of solutions to sell to customers.
