We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Student Support team as a Duty Manager, based at our City Campus. The successful candidate will utilize strong interpersonal skills to support and maintain the core student support services on campus, including providing student appointments and advice on various issues.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
You will assist in delivering support and guidance to students, developing a comprehensive understanding of support matters, and coordinating referrals to team colleagues when appropriate.
This role involves effective communication and consultation with stakeholders in a complex environment, ensuring practices align with sector standards.
Applicants must have practical experience in student support and engaging with service users to understand their needs and develop solutions. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with a strong commitment to providing high-quality support services to staff, students, and stakeholders.
