Job Responsibilities: Providing high standards of personal physical and emotional support and care to our clients, in conjunction with their support plans. Support with everyday living tasks with a tailored, people centre approach, dependent on each individual's needs, which could include medication. Supporting clients to be as active and independent as possible within their community. Reporting any wellbeing/safeguarding concerns Where appropriate ensuring the home is kept clean, tidy and safe Criteria: You will be required to be registered with the SSSC and PVG scheme for this role. Full support will be given for you to achieve this. Services: We provide a range of services that we are recruiting for and these include: Home support Community Support Day and night shift. Various hours from 2 - 12 hours. Early morning & evening support.
