The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and talented person to join our team in the Hampshire Futures service, supporting our statutory NEET (Not in Education, Employment and Training) duties.
Hampshire Futures is part of the Participation and Lifelong Learning service, within Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Services Directorate.
Responsibilities
This key position holds the responsibility for working with young people to prevent them becoming NEET and with those who are NEET to secure positive destinations.
You will have extensive experience of working with and supporting young and provide targeted, person-centred advice and guidance that supports positive transitions into education, employment or training, covering Southeast Hampshire (East Hampshire and Havant in particular).
You will work as part of a team to ensure the Service meets its obligations to complete its statutory NEET and September Guarantee data returns.
