Seaton House, a 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews, is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the seamless functioning of our property. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of guest service and operational efficiency in a setting renowned for its breathtaking views and world-class golf experience.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the entire operations of the Hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, and dining.
Ensure all departments meet the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Coordinate with the management team to innovate services and enhance guest satisfaction.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
Handle operational logistics, budgeting, and resource management.

Proven experience in operations management in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
Excellent organisational abilities and a strategic mindset.
