Excellent opportunity for an experienced PA to join an International TV and Film company supporting two senior Executives! The successful person will be confident working in a fast paced environment with the ability to remain calm while juggling a multitude of tasks.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Manage the complex, fast paced and ever-changing diaries
* Extensive international travel management
* Managing ad hoc projects on behalf of the Executives
* Responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics and budgets for all events for the division
* Meet and greet internal and external clients
* Coordinating meeting room bookings
* Processing purchase orders, invoices and expenses
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones
* Support with activities such as producing PowerPoint and other presentations
You will be proactive and possess a positive can-do attitude as well as excellent organisational and time-management skills. Experience of managing confidential information essential as is strong problem solving skills. Demonstrable experience in a busy matrix international organisation, with a proven track record of managing multiple senior individuals essential.
