Reporting into the head of HR, you will be part of a team that plays an intrinsic part of a strategic department that supports the business from an HR perspective. The role holder will be office based on a hybrid basis but will also support field based colleagues so travel will be required.
The company, a multi-sited country wide offices have recently created this role due to continued growth.
The Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager and the widder business in reaching operational and strategic goals. Whilst your core responsibilities will revolve around business-as-usual HR life cycle tasks, there are a number of new initiatives that are being introduced into the organisation which you will be involved in. The department is key in delivering the companies people and organisational agenda which makes it an exciting time to join.
