Job Description
We are seeking a Product Designer to join the XR Tech Design Team to build innovative, future-facing experiences in AR/VR environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead & deliver design projects of large or ambiguous scope
* Convert broad conceptual ideas into high-value experiences for 2B+ users
* Create intuitive UX flows and interfaces for complex interactions
* Design new layouts and experiences that define visual systems
* Influence strategic product decisions
* Provide and solicit design feedback, raise team quality bar
* Partner closely with PMs, engineers, researchers & content strategists
* Own UX from concept through launch
* Navigate ambiguity and operate independently
* Weekly design “recipes” and hands-on prototypes
* Use AI-driven tools, mockups, user stories, and guide engineers (dogfooding)
* Build high-polish MVP components for an unreleased product related to future of work in AR/VR
Desired Qualifications
* Mastery in Figma (mapping UX flows, UI creation)
* Fast, hands-on designer — ability to produce 3–4 variants in a day
* Strong product thinking — not only execution driven
* Systems thinker — understanding dependencies and larger ecosystem impact
* Mandatory experience in spatial design (AR/VR or game development)
* Bonus: Experience with Unity
