* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems, including splits, VRVs/VRFs, and AHUs
* Fault-finding, diagnosing, and repairing AC equipment to industry standards
* Ensure compliance with FGas regulations and company procedures
* Accurately complete service reports, job sheets, and any necessary compliance documents
* Liaise with clients professionally, maintaining strong working relationships
* Participate in the shared on-call rota across all trades, responding to emergency call-outs
