About the role
HYLO is one of London’s most forward-thinking commercial buildings, recognised for its focus on flexibility, sustainability, and an elevated occupier experience. The Client Services Director will lead the operational excellence of this landmark asset, acting as the key connection between surveying, service partners, occupiers, and the client. Your leadership will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, exceptional service delivery, and a consistent reflection of HYLO’s brand values.

You will curate a sense of place across HYLO, activating communal spaces, supporting events, and strengthening the wider estate community. Alongside this, you will play an active part in retail engagement, supporting the activation of vacant units and integrating retail into the building’s wider placemaking strategy. What you will bring
We are looking for an experienced senior leader in property or facilities management, ideally with a background in premium commercial or mixed-use assets. You will be confident managing multidisciplinary teams, deeply familiar with building operations and compliance, and energised by creating engaging, community-focused environments. Experience with WELL, BREEAM, or WiredScore standards, and strong commercial awareness, will be valuable in this role.
