Lloyd Motor Group have a new and exciting opportunity for aService Retention Advisor to join our team based at Lloyd BMW Colne.
Salary: £27,072.50 plus Bonus, OTE £30,672.00
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Role responsibilities
* To utilise iLloyd and Dealer Management / manufacturer systems to contact customers due for service, MOT or vehicle updates, checking EVHC system for any outstanding deferred work for follow up / clear down
* Apply understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product or service that will best meet their needs
* To promote Service Plans and Products to applicable customers and new service customers as a retention tool
* Supports the Service Manager and team to meet objectives
* Work with your colleagues to actively promote our services and identify business opportunities
