Painter, Decorator & Handyman (with Plumbing Duties)

Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8am4.30pm
Are you a multi-skilled tradesperson with a background in painting, decorating and general maintenance, including plumbing? Were looking for a Painter & Decorator / Handyman to join a growing estates and maintenance team in Oxford, working across a high-profile campus with excellent long-term opportunities.
What Youll Be Doing
* Working as part of a 2-person maintenance team delivering high-quality painting, decorating, basic plumbing and handyman services
* Undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance across various campus buildings
* Using a pool van to travel between locations (driving licence preferred)
* Supporting project upgrades, refurbishments and general facilities upkeep
What Youll Need:
* Proven experience in painting and decorating
* Solid all-round handyman skills, including basic plumbing
* Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small team
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred, not essential)

* £34,500 £38,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
