Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Experienced Residential Conveyancer, based in Stowmarket, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, from initial client inquiries through to post‑completion. Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents, offering expert advice on property law and transactions, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure a seamless process. A commitment to delivering high‑quality, client‑focused service is essential.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Law and a strong understanding of Residential Conveyancing processes
* Experience in Legal Consulting and resolving complex Legal Issues
* Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and managing Legal Document Preparation
* Exceptional Communication skills for client interaction and professional collaboration
* Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with proven track record in residential property transactions
* Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload efficiently
* Familiarity with case management software and technology
