You will be working with children in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 who have additional needs such as ASD, GDD (Global Developmental Delay), or Speech and Language difficulties. Your Core Responsibilities 1:1 Support: Provide tailored assistance to a specific child, helping them access the curriculum at their own pace. Personal Care: Be comfortable assisting with personal care or mobility needs if required (training provided). Sensory Learning: Use "Now & Next" boards, PECS, or sensory breaks to keep a child regulated and happy.
