The Role
As a Planner, you’ll contribute to diverse projects, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities. You’ll help navigate planning policies, submit applications, and deliver creative, forward-thinking solutions that leave a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documents.
2. Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
3. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets.
5. Provide clear advice on planning policies and regulations.
About You
6. A degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, or a related field.
7. Ideally, working towards or holding RTPI membership.
8. Knowledge of UK planning systems and legislation.
9. Strong communication and organizational skills.
10. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for sustainable development.
