Job Title: Office Administrator
Driver Hire is seeking an experienced administrator on behalf of their client to join their busy Queenslie team.
Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
Pay Rate:
£13 per hour (PAYE)
Role Details:
1. Supporting office operations and leadership by keeping workspaces and information organized and accessible.
2. Handling planning and clerical activities, such as answering phones, updating employee and company data, filing, and maintaining a clean environment.
3. Performing clerical duties to help the office run smoothly, including answering phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, and creating spreadsheets or presentations.
4. Acting as the point of contact for employees, providing administrative support, managing queries, and handling office stock and records.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office packages.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Organized with the ability to manage tasks effectively.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Work independently and take initiative.
In Return:
£13 per hour (PAYE), weekly pay.
