The job: Accounts Administrator Part time (Monday – Friday - 20 hours per week) Pay: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour DOE Duration: Temporary to Permanent position Immediate start Your day to day will include: • Uploading invoices onto sage • Processing invoices • Carrying out statement reconciliations, bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations • Matching invoices to delivery notes • Maintaining accurate records • Using Microsoft packages • Sending and responding to emails We are looking for: • Someone with administration experience • An individual confident with Microsoft packages • Ideally have previous experience working for a manufacturing, production or engineering business.
