One of our partner schools in Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a permanent basis starting in October 2025. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with primary-aged pupils who benefit from a highly nurturing, therapeutic and structured educational setting About the needs Some children may have Autism and other associated needs Often have difficulties managing their emotions Can feel anxious, frustrated, angry, and scared May have verbal and/or physical aggression About the school Hillingdon, West London Provides individualised curriculum to students who have been diagnosed with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) Some students have Autism/ASC and other learning disabilities Provides a therapeutic and nurturing learning environment About you We don't need any qualifications for you to be able to work in this school. You will be positive and not afraid of challenges. You will understand children's backgrounds and be able to build trusting relationships. You will manage behaviour in positive ways and will support children to learn. You are well-organised and have clear communication skills.
