Job Title: One to One Tutor - Qualified
Location: Leicestershire, Leicester
Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide one-to-one tutoring sessions to students
* Create personalised learning plans based on students' needs
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS)
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual learning styles
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching or tutoring
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of educational best practises
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
