The Role
The opportunity has arisen for an ambitious assistant accountant to join our Club L London Finance Team, based in Trafford Park, Manchester. This role will be to fully support the busy finance department in ensuring accurate and timely management accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Support in the continuous improvement of month-end processes
* Supporting with the reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
* Daily Order to Cash rec on multiple payment gateways
* Invoice processing and management of Purchase Order reconciliations
* Monthly Ad-hoc tasks around management accounts
* Continuous improvements of supplier relationship management
* Support with UK and ROW tax returns
* Administration tasks surrounding the monthly Payroll
* Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
* Support on the annual financial audit
Requirements
* AAT qualified or working towards
* 3+ years experience within a Finance role
* Strong understanding and use of Microsoft Excel
* Results driven and strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and work with colleagues to ensure work is delivered on time
