Overview

Responsibilities

* Build real and meaningful relationships with customers.
* Develop a strategy in partnership with leadership that provides the best possible service, placing customers and patients at the center of our work.
* Work with Orthopaedics customers to ensure product availability meets patient needs.


What does success look like?

Success will be measured by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with customers. Take strategic responsibility for your area, delivering for patients, and cultivating strategic relationships to maximise sales revenue across the geography. This may involve existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.


Qualifications and experience

* Experience developing and managing complex accounts in the medical device industry.
* Strong relationship-building skills with clinical and non-clinical partners.
* Strong business development background with experience identifying and winning new accounts within a private hospital or NHS environment.
* Ability to continuously stay up-to-date with developments related to your customers.
* Think like a business owner—assess territory and relevant franchise market to identify emerging trends.
* Valid UK Driving License.


Travel

Travel requirements: 75% Domestic.
