Class 2 Driver - Long term ongoing or Temp to PermThe Role:
HireGiant are looking for a reliable and professional HGV 2 Driverto work with our client based in Rochdale. This is an ongoing role leading to a permanent opportunity for the right driver. You will be doing 8-10 deliveries per day, delivering so hanging meat & boxed meat to Butchers and Pubs across The Greater Manchester Area.
Your responsibilities as a HGV 2 driver will include:
* Completingdeliveries to pubs and butchers
* Driving the class 2 curtainside trailer in a safe manor
* Responsible of handball of all meat deliveries either hanging meat or in boxes
* Ensuring all paperwork and PODs are completed accurately
* Maintaining excellent customer service standards as this is a customer facing role.

Requirements for the Class 2 driver:
* ValidHGV 2 licence
* Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card
* Strapping and Reversing competence
* New pass HGV 2 Drivers welcome training and support provided
Hours & Pay for the Class 2 LGV Driver:
* Start time 05:00am - 07:00am
* Shifts: 8-10 hoursdepending on route
* PAYEPay rate:£16.00 - £17.00 P/H
