What you'll be doing as a Business Development Manager
* Proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities across commercial and enterprise markets
* Building and nurturing relationships with high-level decision makers, including directors, facilities managers, and procurement leads
* Presenting tailored solutions spanning intruder alarms, fire alarm systems, and CCTV — from initial proposal through to contract negotiation and close
* Developing a robust pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets within an uncapped commission structure
* Representing the business at client meetings, site surveys, and industry events
* Collaborating with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a business development or senior sales role within the fire and security sector
* Strong technical knowledge across intruder alarm systems, fire alarm systems, and CCTV solutions
* A demonstrable track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
* Confident and polished communicator, comfortable engaging at C-suite and board level
* Skilled negotiator with experience managing complex, high-value contracts
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
* Full UK driving licence — essential
